Description
Segway was once a company that created personalized vehicles, but ultimately failed in the end due to lack of focus and purpose on the type of demographic that they wanted to cater towards
Objective
Segway was a company that primarily spent all its energy and resources on a product that was intended to be used for everyone in their daily lives, however they failed to see that their goods yielded very little profit as it was full of flaws and had no practical use. So I proceeded to develop a design system and marketing plan that have Segway involve in any means about going abroad, hiking activities, experiencing cultures, travel planning, managing expenses, communication, and learning how to live outside your comfort zone.
